- Kemudian siapkan isian soto: suir2 ayam, lalu cuci toge lalu siram air panas & tiriskan. begitu juga bihun, siram air panas sebentar saja lalu tiriskan. rebus telur, kupas & belah 2. lalu kupas kentang rebus hingga matang lalu angkat, potong2 & goreng sebentar. iris tipis2 daun bawang, iris tomat. semua tata dalam piring/wadah.
- Sambal soto: rebus cabe & bawang putih setelah cabe agak layu angkat blender/haluskan tambahkan gula pasir, garam & perasan jeruk nipis.
- Cara penyajian: tata toge, bihun, kentang, ayam & daun bawang lalu siram kuah soto, kemudian beri irisan tomat, telor & taburan bawang goreng *kasi sedikit perasan jeruk nipis & sambal jika suka. soto ayam siap di santap.
